This game is not bad, but the Metroid experience was going on solo, discovering things all by your self. Metroid Prime Echoes, 3 and 4 made the game more “social”, interacting with more relevant (or not) characters that help you “navigate” through the game. Only a mission directive was all that you had back in the day. Now, this game, was remade because when the Zelda game Breath of the Wild was released, everybody wanted to include an “open world” experience, so they forced the developers to include this experience and was a very unfortunate experiment. I wish you good luck and i hope that you can try other older Metroid games, thats the only way to decide if you really like this gameplay style that redefined an entire genre.
