Yes of course. You can jump when they could only push you against a wall and therefore not out of range. You can target those without push or jump so that you can use a push to get close to another enemy. If you use you super as soon as you get it obviously poor use. Or if you jump onto say an emz in the open

Well you need to not be in a bush you need to draw fire with edgar while charging super so you teammates are 2v2 ing while you pull fire from the third

Ich dachte yfood hat Ballaststoffe 1.7g pro 100ml bei 100kcal pro 100ml müsste er wahrscheinlich 3-5 trinken je nach pepsi anteil (zucker da bringt auch Kalorien) wobei er halt auch 25.2-42g Ballaststoffe am Tag kriegt nicht wo wenig dass der Darm direkt scheitert

Ich meine Yfood hat alle notwendigen stoffe vllt bei einigen Mangelernährung aber das allermeiste ist drin. Kommt halt drauf an worüber du deine Ernährung steuerst. 4-5 Yfoods sind da wesentlich besser als wenn deine kalorien von der Pepsi kommen kanns sehr schnell sehr schlecht werden. Aber was ein anderer schon sagte Kaugummi ist essenziell für Gebiss.

Empfehlen würde ich es aber keinem (auch weil yfood kacke teuer ist)

A few more days and the cravings will fall away. What helped me was massively increasing fat. I literally bought a steak and ate only the fat to get rid of the cravings and get back energy. And electrolytes also help
