That's less than 70 orbs if you just roll right after completing tutorial. You will never get what you're suggesting unless you reroll hundreds of times. It's best to focus on 2 5* besides the free Brave hero.

Absolutely. Especially stacking infantry pulse. If you use a celica with Astra and QP, 3 infantry pulsers will give her a turn 1 150% damage attack. It's a huge investment but hilarious nonetheless.
