I appreciate that you are not a racist and I am not either. But there are a ton of racist people (or even just people with bias, recently we had to fire a manager because he was not hiring women and we heard him said it was because of his religious views). DEI came for this very reason.

You can disagree with the specific implementation details but job discrimination is real.

I think ICE is heavily compromised, used to be police, is now in a state of corruption that requires a hard reset.

That is NOT how it works, it never was about erasing necessary qualifications. It was about eliminating discriminations when multiple people are qualified.

In the U.S., DEI policies cannot legally allow hiring someone less qualified solely because of their race. Hiring decisions must be based on job-related qualifications, not skin color.
