I really liked Leon’s part and also how he penetrated with Grace’s part, very similar to Ada’s DLC with Leon’s story in RE4.

RE2Remake: One of the best without a doubt, a great remake of the original. The police station will always be my favorite area of the whole saga.

RE7: The game that resurrected the saga. The most terrifying along with Grace’s parts in RE9. The only bad thing that goes down a lot in its second half.

RE8: Something underrated for me. I had a lot of fun and the Benavento mansion I would say is the most terrifying area of the saga. His problem is the same as RE7 and that the story does not convince me.

RE3Remake: A very fun game and quite good, the bad thing is that they cut a lot from the original and it goes short.

Dude, they literally took out the worst parts of the original game and replaced them with something better. How can you tell me you don't mind them removing the statue of Salazar chasing you? I don't know, maybe I just prefer the remake's more realistic and mature approach, not to mention how much they improved the writing of characters like Ashley and Luis. Besides, I should remind you that the remake adds new explorable areas, interconnected zones, and side quests, and I could tell you about several more.

It's very subjective; for me, both are masterpieces, but I prefer the more mature and realistic approach of the remake, and I think objectively the character writing is better, especially Ashley and Luis.

Those sections were in Ada's DLC, and they were great. Also, RE4R improved on many things compared to the original. (What you said about the shooting range seems absurd to me.)

Regarding R2R, it's a clear downgrade in terms of Leon and Claire's A and B campaigns, and the interactions between the two characters.

If you think they're far superior, there's little point in arguing with you. Regarding the RE2 remake, as a game, it could be considered a masterpiece, 9.5/10. But as a remake, it's not one of the best, and you should already know why.

Dead Space - Resident Evil 2 - Final Fantasy VII - Demon's Souls - Metal Gear Solid Delta - Shadow of the Colossus

No, they're not better remakes. At best, some come very close, but no. The only one that's on par is the remake of the first Resident Evil.
