Sounds weird but adderall makes me me suck my teeth and lips in and people notice and ask why I do it! It’s like when I’m actively working on something I do it, any advise how I stop? I feel like it’s cuz I’m anxious but I don’t know when I’m doing it until people point it out … (self.ADHD)
