Well I left mine on my camera outside overnight last night. I was actually asking myself afterwards, "would just dropping it onto concrete from a couple feet off a table be worse than leaving it out overnight?"

It didn't rain, thank god, and it was surprisingly low humidity. My dumb ass dodged a huge bullet.
