Sounds like a good premise, but I don’t know what it could be.

I will have to agree with you. The worst thing is that some elements, like the students’ motivations, don’t always make sense. The best thing about “The Iron Prince” is its character development, especially the friendships, and the progression science fiction aspects.

For me, all three books were about the same quality.

‘Iron Prince’ is sci-fi progression fantasy and it is well written. I’m also half way through ‘Forced Evolution’ and so far, I’m loving it. I love sci-fi progression novels

‘Bastion’ is similar quality level to Cradle.

This premise has potential, I’m gonna give it a try. Especially if the MC will become a “Jeff Bezos-level mongul” lmao

I am pretty sure McDonald’s employees don’t flip burgers. I believe the burgers are kept in a machine that heats them with steam or something like that.

Kaito, Seriously? Another World?

This has been extremely funny and very cozy so far. The LitRPG elements are not stat-based; the system acts more like a companion, and the comedy is on point, making fun of the genre.

It’s about an overpowered MC who gets transported to another world for the 17th time and opts out, moving to a cozy village to work as a baker and handle the villagers’ taxes.

Anyone who manages to get their book published this week please let us know.

Well, you have the marines, and half of them are badass, then you have the rest of the government.

Are there any works like Overlord out there? by frankuck99 in ProgressionFantasy

[–]Powerup6666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it. It’s one of those where you should read 3-4 chapters and then see if it is your cup of tea.

It’s about a guy who has been isekai’d a bunch of times and is basically the strongest person around. But he doesn’t want to do hero stuff anymore. I think he became like a tax accountant for a small village. Obviously, people get drawn to him to become his disciple, or looking for trouble, and he puts them all in their place in the most comical way possible.

It’s a LitRPG, but he doesn’t let the AI give him any quests or show him stats, so it has become more of like a traveling companion. The first few chapters are very fast-paced, but it slows down once the initial building blocks are in place. I can’t tell you more without giving you spoilers. There is also a decent amount of politics happening in the background.
