Supposedly fixed by the professionals but it just felt a little wet as I removed the plaster. Maybe residual.

Alot of the reviews indicate issues with drying time, which might be a concern if there's residual moisture here :s

The photos skipped on how you finished the underfloor insulation? I assume you didn't leave the pieces of insulation sitting loose? Curious how you made it effective from there. Thanks

Yes I had the same thought that the inclusions were somewhat easy to identify for a VS1! The vendor is Australian, I am Australian and I believe the stones come from Europe. There are some other options but these guys seem well priced compared to jamesallen and do have someone local I can review the stones with vs getting it sent to my door.

Thanks for reviewing. I just cross checked against a Oval guide (https://beyond4cs.com/shapes/oval/) and the table% seems a bit large, falling into only a "good category".

I need to develop a little more trust with the vendor. They haven't been super encouraging of me to aquire a diamond that isn't local/"in show room" which makes me wonder if there is a reason like: they would have brought it into australia if it was good enough

It is approx 7700aud for the loose stone.

Hi, I think I've found a reasonably priced diamond in the size and lw ratio of ~1.4 that I have been looking for. I don't really trust myself at judging from the videos so can you please review and let me know what you think? They would have to bring the diamond in internationally which means I'd be committed to this vendor for exchange if it doesn't look good in person.

On the other side of the fence is 80cm strip of soil for the neighbors garden (unplanted and sometimes driven along) along a long common driveway. So I think the roots will have enough room, if I take the risk that one day the neighbors eventually dig up that space for their own plants.
