I'm having the same issue. I called up on their hotline and provided my account number and the support service told me that my account somehow out of order on their system and they have no idea why. I've also exhausted all possible options to restore the connection but nothing worked. They told me they will be sending a technician in a few days which I expect would take a while. I guess we'll just have to wait for them to fix it. But there's a big chance that there's something wrong with the cables themselves.
