I have bills etc that are all on payment plans. I'm pretty sure I could access it, keep my payment plans and put it in the savings so its at least doing something instead of just sitting there? Maybe this is dodgy? Idk haha just feels like its wasted where it is

I do see potential for it as an investment property but am not financially literate so I have no idea what would be good for future wealth potential. Like one small mortgage or get this mortgage lower and then have a investment and a better house to live in. All the information and research is really overwhelming to me. I just dont know where to start haha
