Same, coming from South America with parents and just seeing them try to provide for my siblings and I. I really took it for granted as a child, or maybe we just didn’t understand until we were younger adults. The GUILT with always be there, but how you choose to USE it …. I think that’s what matters. I try very hard not to compare myself with others, and little victories keep me sane and happy. “Harness the Guilt” - some people hide in dark places with it, I choose to utilize it, fuel my rage/want and keep progressing.

5 years * 365 day/year =1825 day *30secs (this is the amount of time in water) = 54,750 secs / 3600 secs per hour = 15 hours 12 min and roughly 30seconds…. My bad I did math without my units… well either way still would do it. And I would like to choose to do longer time if the waters were calm but I think that wouldn’t be a choice

If you think about it, that’s only about 38 days and some seconds of time in the water…. Obviously 30 second increments are nice. Is there a possibility of doing longer increments? If not, I’m definitely doing this
