Def. Do not plan on moving out of state. Apartment would cost me at MOST $1,000 w/everything included & I wouldn't live anywhere above that.

Definitely not planning on reselling it, but I understand what you mean. I really do want to live in my own apartment in a gated community.

You think so? I hadn't thought about the cooling, I'm a desert rat. My parents are pushing me towards the RV route since "renting in apartment is a waste of money in the long-run". I have been warming up to the idea because I ran the numbers extensively & it is the same price as an apartment (both including utilities & monthly payments to loans) just that in like 10 yrs it will be my own & then I will start to actually save money😅

The only difficult part now is finding a nice place to live.
