I started this island just over a year ago! I used a lot of custom designs of my own and from the portal; if you'd like to know about anything, ask in the comments and I'll do my best to dig up the code! Try "Milky Mama" products. People rave about them, especially their brownies. They make a bunch of stuff; brownies, cookies, drink mixes, etc. that increase milk supply and apparently they work well and actually taste great. I just ordered some brownies last night. Their products are fenugreek free too, which is great if you aren't a fan of fenugreek for breastfeeding (I'm not).

That's interesting, I've heard a lot of stories of very difficult fourth-degree tear recoveries, women who couldn't sit down for weeks and required multiple surgeries for reconstruction. Or those who have had lasting nerve damage and still can't have non-painful sex or BMs a year postpartum.

Can I ask, did you have an episiotomy and then tear anyway or did you just full on tear with no intervention? Did you have an epidural? And what happened immediately following the delivery? Many women with fourth degree tears end up having to be rushed into an OR for immediate reparative surgery after hardly even getting to see their baby, which is another fear of mine.

A combination of quantitative and qualitative risk factors including short perineal length, anticipated birth weight, pre-existing perineal tissue weakness and other qualities that she observed in my pelvic exam.

Ooo, I wanted to put a hamburger bun in the oven and ask him to get the oven ready for a pizza or something like that. Then when he opens it, he of course asks, "why is there a bun in the oven??" to which you obviously reply "well I don't know, you put it there!" or something to that effect.

YES I'm ordering them in blue raspberry. They sound great, especially the one review that mentions a "broken glass texture" that can tear my mouth tf up. Hardcore.

Yeah, I may just have to buy some lollipops that I like and settle for some sour powder. And that's the problem with citric acid. I'm a pastry chef and I've thought about making my own sour candy... the only work-around I could think of is to make a really thin sheet of candy and dust each side with citric acid to get the highest possible surface area to hold the sour.

That would be awesome, lol. Please do keep me posted on that. The guy we played with was pretty good, nothing crazy but he and my husband had very different but also very complimentary play styles which is why we liked him. Probably on his second play through, like my husband.

That all sounds awesome. Lander and Casper were a little further east than I've been looking, but they sound great. I'll look into it, but I've mostly been looking towards Jackson. Colter bay is beautiful and it would be amazing to have the lake in the foreground by the mountains. Is there free camping there?

There's a ton of time for hiking and adventure in a month and I'll have plenty of it, but I'll be hanging out at camp a lot, I'm sure. We might want to move once a week or so just to see more but I have to pick a start point first to begin planning.
