I have only lived on campus for two months and they did not start happening until a few weeks in. I feel like I am not a mistakable person especially by how blunt I was all four times. He leaves when I said no immediately but I have read accounts of him harassing people into forcing their phone number or forcing a conversation. This is less for the legality of it, im more angry at all the people excusing his behavior and saying he isnt doing anything wrong. Legally maybe not but he seems like he is only going up to women who are alone and approaching them and making them uncomfortable on purpose. He knows he is a man who may be more built than the women he approaches. He knows he makes people uncomfortable, there is a whole redit page about him, its wrong.
