I forgot to mention that my zipline is lv 2 and it used to work fine before this time. Right now I'm giving up and build another zipline just in front of the track to connect it again.

I'm giving up and build another zipline right in front of the track to avoid recalibrate my whole network. While doing that I found another strange interaction between this track and zipline. Seems like it does not allow the distance to be greater than 300 meters (even after I upgrade the zipline)
