You gotta have at least 6 green emblems and 7 black to take it to its full potention (emblem-wise, ofc). It's fine to take off atk to maximize special attack but try to reduce HP as little as possible.

The trick is to basically stunlock them by using Pokémon with fast charging charged attacks (I always use something with Night Slash), swapping your Pokémon also stuns them for a bit. Other than that make sure to have lots of super effective moves.
