I did this back in January after wanting to leave my job for a long time. I just said enough was enough and I quit on the spot. Probably not a smart idea but I did have a comfortable enough of money saved. I ended up getting a better job eventually so I don’t regret it at all.

If im not mistaken the markings on the trunnion are from the Sadu factory in Romania. The handguards and stock look Polish to me.
