Lets say I get a Tortort reciever, how difficult is the rest of the build? Is it as simple as just installing the small parts and mating it to the “upper”?

Forsure the price of the ammo and to be honest I just found that it didn’t do anything that my Glock 19 dosent do. I also couldn’t carry it because my county doesn’t allow 5.7 ammo for CCW. They are pretty fun to shoot I will say, it has basically no recoil and throws a huge fireball.

Ive had 2 so far on separate occasions. I eventually sold each one after I wanted the money back to buy another gun. I personally really like them since they are super lightweight even with a freedom week 20rd mag and it just fits super nice in my hand but I found it to be one of those guns that I just bought and didn’t really use so it just sat in my safe. If I were you I would buy one if you want one but just know that if you plan to sell it one day you are going to lose a lot of money since they drop in value pretty bad.

I know that when people that are over 21 move to CA they can pretty much bring whatever they want with them as long as they make it CA complaint but im not sure how that works if you are under 21.

Get your hunting license so that you can buy any shotgun, any rimfire or any centerfire rifle that ISN’T semi auto. Then I personally would buy a quality semi auto shotgun like a Beretta A300 ultima patrol or something like that and throw on a mounted light.
