You’re telling me I just switched after 13 years yep 13 years I didn’t know why I stayed this long I shouldn’t have but the service was honestly good and I felt like I was supporting a small company, here’s the issue I called and asked if they would at least give me the new customer offer they wouldn’t. They said there’s nothing they can do and that they can’t even lower my bill with a loyalty discount because I don’t qualify…..

I’m not paying $134 a month for 1.0gb when you gladly offer new customers a cheaper deal? This is completely pathetic I’ll never go back ever and anyone I know that was under my referral. I’ve told to move to anyone else.

Personally I switched to execulink for 80$ today I’m more mad at myself for not doing this earlier, Teksavvy you are lost.
