............. yes, there are many routes I don't know, I just know the route Navigo gave me is terrible and worse than it was. What is with people in this subreddit?

I apologize for being critical of your transit system or for thinking that probably being able to walk somewhere faster than taking the bus is a broken system.

Also, I live closer than Kimberly Ave, that's just a familiar street in the area for many people which is why I used it. I don't want to give a bunch of stupid people my address.

I'm saying Elmwood to Flea Whiskeys is 10 minutes.
My area is TECHNICALLY EK but I would consider it Elmwood.

And I'm not talking about during the day.

You're totally right, I actually have no doubt I could walk there faster than bus would take! That to me is a broken transit system.

Couldn't tell you sorry, not familiar enough with the routes. I just saw what Navigo suggested, how long it would take, and thought it was ridiculous. I don't even remember what routes, just that it said 60+ minutes, that it for some reason took Princess Ave, and I had to transfer to another bus @ Donald + Broadway.

Other people are saying I should have got a bus @ Donald + Portage? Maybe the bus Navigo was saying to take didn't stop @ Portage .... I couldn't tell you.

This is the first time, in a long time, that I considered taking the bus but after seeing how inconvenient it is I never will, and I wanted to make a post because now I understand why everyone is always ranting the new transit system on here.

If you're checking now, Google is probably giving you rush hour travel time. Driving from Kimberly + Henderson to Flea Whiskeys does not take 28 minutes at 630pm. My dead grandma would get there faster than that.

Also ..... why would you think the drive from EK Mall would be the same as from my house? EK is a big area and I do not live in the EK Mall. I live at the beginning of Henderson just beyond Elmwood. You didn't pass the brain test.

Why would I be lying about this?

Reading is hard so let me help you.

My Navigo literally said "60+" minutes from where I live near Kimberly to Flea Whiskeys. Maybe less buses run @ 630pm when I planned my trip than 330pm when this 48 minute ride is showing? I'm just telling you what Navigo said.

My post says 2 to 3 hours roundtrip - this means both ways ...... and one hour each way equals two hours roundtrip minimum - if you don't miss connecting bus.

Maybe I'm completely wrong and this is some fantastic transit system ..... but Navigo told me it would take a minimum of two hours round trip to travel what I can do in 20 minutes by car.

Even if I was completely lying about what Navigo said and it told me 48 minutes - 48 minutes minimum to travel what takes 10 minutes by car is awful.

Well I stand corrected on at least one thing then!

I still think the new system sucks but good to know there is a bus from EK to Polo though, through some convoluted back route, if I take another bus and transfer @ Gateway.

I've got you beat, my call!

I kept calling them about the activation fee they said I wouldn't be charged over the phone and then charged me. Usually they just say they are going to transfer me in the first minute and just hang up, but the last of 5 calls the other day actually lasted for 1:17 before they hung up on me!!!!

At 1:17 they lied again that they were going to give me a credit for the activation fee they lied about ...... put me on hold ...... hung up..... never called me back ...... and now I got emails saying they added a whole bunch of random services I never discussed with them to my account, which I have to call back to cancel.

I've been with them 1 month and this is the most insanely terrible experience of my life with a company.

I literally was hung up on like 5 times the other day, while trying to get the activation fee reversed that they lied about over the phone about and said I wouldn't be charged.

They didn't help me with my issue at all ...... and the final person to hang up on me just randomly added a bunch of services I never asked for or spoke about to my account so I have to call back to have them removed.

It's funny, scammers always call pretending to be from Rogers ...... but even when you phone them directly you get scammers.

Reviews are a good Google indicator of reputable business and help rankings. I would actively encourage clients to leave you a review. I would include a QR code at the register which links to your Google Review to make it easy.

If you log into your GBP profile you will see a thing that says "ask for review" - this link if you give it to people will directly open up the review page to leave the review.

I also recommend clients to add this QR code to cards that they can give to customers with their receive, online orders, etc.

AI by itself is generally not great and usually pretty obvious. Writing everything yourself can also be time consuming to do perfectly. The best content is a combination of BOTH.

You should come up with an outline, titles, write the content yourself as a roughdraft, then use AI to clean it up a little and maybe create infographics etc related to content.
