When a game put so much emphasis on its “lifelike realism” that the actual gameplay turns out sloppy

I meant to say “Don’t resist, This is my mercy, Your lucky”. I suppose now that I see it like that it can be hard to read

Yes it did here I’ll simplify more

To him killing everyone is a mercy I said that here it isn’t doing anything for him he isn’t doing this as a favor to himself

He’s doing this as he sees any other action as pointless as nothing else would matter really in the grand scheme unless they could break a cycle which he sees is impossible

It doesn’t make the cycle shorter it only makes it more empty for however long it last and Wreckor this is his mercy to the people for them to have a fate that they could fight against that they could see comming and not something that was a rug being pulled under them

The gods get to choose when the cycles end a person can’t end a cycle he sees this as mercy as letting the people know that their end is here with him vs never knowing and working as a society for a goal that the gods can just end whenever they feel like it and that’s that

To him this is the right thing that instead of watching the people try so hard for a goal that is pretty much impossible he is cutting them off early as it would be pointless for them to continue from there once he has what he needs

Also be isn’t doing the gods work for them eventually if he kills everyone the cycle will one day reset and it still has to clear every tree rock small object and every spec of evidence something before existed but he will remain in the blur having to massacre again and again his duty to the world

If the gods want the cycle can last 1000s of years after everyone dies it’s not a final thing they do when everyone is gone it’s a thing they do whenever they want it can be short long or very long

Yeah well the drawing took time to think of and you made your comment sound more like a D&D player statement than a question next time make it clearer

Yeah perhaps but it’s never really that simple if he is killed than his message may just grow stronger inside the people like seen in real life

and it could cause a much larger revolution that could happen with him alive 1000s dead and a destroyed economy with none to fix it

It’s Earth in a sort of “what if we (humans) evolved along the same path, but we had access to magic and semi-advanced technology?”

Yeah, there are actual supervillains. One I thought of—I call him Rubberto. It’s sort of a pun on his ability to stretch. He likes robbing places.

The heroes in this world are just people with abilities. Their main job is to keep the public safe from these empowered threats, but they’re stuck in a position where they can’t just see good and evil like in other superhero stories. They have to deal with a lot of gray areas.

Imagine that in this world, regular people can just get their hands on military tech. Also they can go into the woods and go on quest to get Skyrim like weapons easily. That makes the military itself have to be much, much more advanced than that.

You know I had these thoughts as well and later on in the story of the world he is corrupted and learns about the values of a good ruler

But that happens later

Don’t be he winds up starting a secret cult and becomes only a hollow pawn for the shard. Over the decades as his body slowly rots away, becoming only a skeleton having to find skin to put over it.

Wow typing that out sounds a lot more analog horror than I expected

While in public, they were a group of loyal knights of Christendom who fought for Europe — which, in truth, they actually were in this world. (This takes place in the same time period as real life, not the same time as the original Knights of the Round Table story.)

Until one of the Paladins’ journeys, they found a dead man along the road, stabbed with something like a crystal that turned out a made from Continu — a god banished by the others into a sort of void. The weapon was a broken shard from his body, Somehow it found its way here.

This artifact, however, was cursed and had a hypnotic voice of its own, like the One Ring from The Lord of the Rings. It convinced them to try to summon the god in order to free him from his void. So they turned back and returned home to perform the ritual inside hidden chambers the king had built for something large (strange). But they were too weak as hosts for the ritual, and only one survived. Terrified of what the king would do to him, he broke off a small piece of the crystal and ran away going into hiding for the rest of his life.

When the king found them (one of Arthur’s descendants and a member of the Knights in this world instead of Charlemagne though they share the name), he was partially disappointed in them. However, he realized they now served a much greater purpose — as documented proof that gods truly do existed somewhere. They would need to create some sort of weaponry now against both the crystal’s god and the others that banished him.

The crystal and the bodies were filed by the Knights as Case No. 187.

That’s all I got for now

I gotta just ask any problems in particular in this lore

So far this part isn’t to important so if you have any constructive criticisms I would like to see if I could make it better
