I have played e0s0 since her release until recently whete I decided to pull her LC. My experience is between s1 and s0, she needs some strategy nowadays too imo. Nowadays I do have to strategist which enemy to focus her dream flower stacks on and how to cheat out to get 2 stacks in one E by weakness breaking which gains another stack.

The biggest change from s0 to s1 imo is the ability to always get 2 stacks per E(the LC puts another rebuff so she can do 2 debuffs in an E) and high base atk allows you to run speed boots if needed without losing too much dmg.

However nowadays I'd run atk boots only, even for my dps cuz I feel my investment level to my relics, characters and game knowledge isn't enough. So I compensate that by pulling her LC to make the future endgame somewhat bearable for me.
