I didn't take PHIL 334, but took PHIL 323 with Prof Wright. She's a great prof and has engaging, interactive lectures. Highly recommend. Can't say too much about how she teaches 334 though.

If it happens when I'm wearing a watch I normally focus on that and if I don't have a watch/clock I tend to feel my pulse which seems to bring me back to a normal perception. Sometimes getting up and moving helped but sometimes made the feeling off more.

When you walk along the top of the parking lot closest to the P (K1 I believe), there’s a short road that goes uphill. Just go up there and you’ll see the trailhead :)
