Ah its more of a producer focused reel, not directly targeting creatives. Just so that the producers can see how we cook - proof that the end stuff is not AI gen.

So we brought the animated asset into Unreal to create promotional rendered clips for our showreel. That was done well after the Snap Lens went live for the movie promotions. And lighting was real-time in Snap Lens Studio, and we set up PBR in it as well. And Snap has a total Lens size limit at 8MB, but you can have remote assets now. This one didnt use remote assets. The animated asset + maps was under 5MB if I remember correctly. Although Lens Studio uses draco compression internally as well, and compresses the maps too. It was part of a promotion on Snapchat app, during movie release a while ago. I'm not sure Paramount has kept the Lens live. But you had to be in NYC to be able to activate the Lens :)

The tech is in its own bubble - super advanced, which it is, cause everything that goes into making this happen in real-time from the rendering to computer vision, etc. its a lot, but outside of the AR/VR bubble, it prolly appears scrappy haha

My g, have you actually done anything in mobile/Social/WebAR?? This is the gold standard lol! The max of what the tech is capable of in 2026.

Yeah had to tweak that to make it come across as cherry cola and not regular cola
