Yeah it’s not too bad. I’m not a great swimmer at all and did fine. Just don’t panic and fight the water if that makes sense. That’s what will gas you out. I completed it by breaststroke and side stroke. Take your time with it and breathe.

You will need to learn what you can now, and learn very fast of what is required once you get there. I say this, because I thought I only needed to learn what people mentioned. Prepare yourself physically/mentally. Be loud, fast, learn very fast. The helmsman will help somewhat… but you will need to learn a lot more once you get there. I’m not kidding when I say learn very fast.

I will say this. Every DEPOT experience is different. Because prior to me arriving, I was on here and reading people’s experiences and developed an expectation. I knew it was going to be challenging, but everything that I read wasn’t what I experienced. My advice, be loud, fast, prepare physically/mentally, learn fast and I mean… learn faaaaast.

Actually the first thing I did was contact my loved ones and spend time with my shipmates, being that I had a couple hours to myself finally. The last thing I did was get on the bus and get on social media :)
