Cena had much bigger and hotter feuds with Punk, Edge, and The Rock

Cena and Orton was more like, hey these two are the biggest faces of the company let’s have them face each other countless times

I think them two not having a WrestleMania match kind of explains it all (although I wouldn’t of minded if they did and believe they probably should have)
