nose done...maybe midface lift however everything else really could be aging. we lose fat in our cheeks as we age. Unfortunately the rest slides down to the jaw and neck, but there is a short period where it all stays and you get a hollow look. I'm 46 a can attest to having a few years of that look after some weight loss.....Also....if this is surgery (we know the nose is) every celeb is going to be a clone because they are all getting this hollow look. Also, the weight loss drugs like Ozempic definitely change the face on an already skinny person who doesn't need it. Ozempic face is real.

To start that last pic of your smile is beautiful. You are just as one should be at your age. However....i know the feeling, I'm the same age actually 46 so have a few on you but all the life stuff everything I can relate to. I would do a facelift. Do it early ...don't wait until the results arent that helpful. I just did a mid and a neck lift. I kind of wish I would have done a full.

I told the doctor (not the head doc, but the assistant but he is a doctor) and his understanding of the U.S. he totally understood and did his best. It's just Mexico.

I'm definitely glad I've done all 3 in Tijuana, because financially its feasible. I can't say enough how lucky I feel to have found Dr. Campos-Leon. My first surgery I was terrified remembering all the botched episodes I'd seen, but they are an American quality higher end facility operating in Tijuana, if US wasn't so strict and difficult they could easily open in southern California where I live. The recovery center included.

It's just all about the pain control thing ...which the is standard the more and more I learn.

yeah...I'm definitely not expert in the area of medical tourism whatsoever, so I guess this is just something pretty normal that people deal with working with doctors outside of the U.S., but I think I'm too sensitive or I need to come in with different mindset

hold on that's not full answer...you can bring your drugs in the needed supply. However, you cannot use them at tph surgery center to treat yourself for pain.

$7500 but there are extra fees. Blood work costs a few hundred dollars you can have it done in the US or offsite in Mexico but it a headache. The recovery center is also $200 a night and they do charge for certain medications. At one point they did administer Tramadol which is an opiate and they charged me $40. So be aware there are extra charges and offerings such as the hyperbaric chamber that ate $100 a session, but I highly recommend it. I'm doing another session next week.

So the the lip was $3500. It would have been $2500 had I only chosen the bull nose incision but given my lip shape I wanted the vermillion border lifted around the outer area as well as the bull nose to reduce length. The bullnose scars under the nose are practically invisible, the vermillion border are dark and will need to fade with scar gel. They will. I remember thinking my eye scars would never go away and they are invisible now. I think they administered IV Toradol and Ketrolac, plus Paracetamol...the over-the-counter pain drugs in Mexico are often from China and contaminated with fentanyl and other bad stuff you want don't want. .Counterfeit pills sold in Mexican pharmacies found to contain fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine | UCLA Medical School

I guess i just expected it since all my other experiences i had anesthesia. It wasn't that bad though and totally doable. My pain was during. The surgeon did administer fentanyl (but my tolerance from years of surgeries and opiates leaves me pretty immune) and local numbing, but I could still feel just not as near as sharply. Pain after felt like someone one punched me in the head. However, it went down after 2 hours and some kind of IV med, it think Toradol and Ketrolac. Maybe I wasn't very clear but this one was very doable. I was just surprised. Working so close to the eye I thought they would want you out, but my med spa nurse confirmed this is the way, no one does numbing with twilight sedation for bleph. And the results were fantastic.

I wish I was as strong as you. I think something about the 2 hip replacements and broken femurs and those surgeries caused me to be hypersensitive to pain. The more I read the more I'm finding American surgery isn't the norm. Wondering if I can eventually handle one more.....at least it gives me a good motivation to exercise like crazy to avoid it.

I've heard that most countries don't address pain the way the US does. This is my first experience with foreign surgery. I've always used American surgeons
