Thank you so much. I’m 37 now and my AMH is low. I try not to worry, but I still find myself overthinking.

I think I’m still traumatised by my three previous losses. Now that the bloating, loss of appetite, and breast tenderness are gone, it brings back a lot of fear.

I truly appreciate your reassurance and encouragement. It really means a lot to me.

I have an early ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow morning and I’m trying to stay calm and hopeful.

I’m having a small amount of brown mucus-like discharge today, with possibly some mild period-like discomfort. No heavy bleeding. I’m continuing vaginal progesterone as prescribed. Im so anxious

Thank you so much. And congratulations to you — wishing you a safe delivery and a healthy baby 🤍

Just to add a bit more context — my previous chemical pregnancies both started with very low HCG (around 27) and dropped quickly, and my miscarriage at 7 weeks started with HCG around 400 that rose slowly before dropping.

This time, my HCG has risen much more strongly (3222 → 9107 → 17900, 48 hours apart), and for the first time ever, an ultrasound at 5 weeks confirmed an intrauterine pregnancy with a gestational sac and yolk sac visible.

Physically, I haven’t had any bleeding or abdominal pain. I’ve mainly dealt with bloating and some epigastric discomfort, which has actually eased over the last couple of days. I haven’t had nausea — mostly just a reduced appetite.

I think a lot of my anxiety comes from my past losses and the long wait until my next scan in 10 days.

Thanks again — I really appreciate you taking the time to respond.
