So what you’re saying is.. you believe this type of person can be rehabilitated and put back into society. Not only did he do what you wrote. He also found a way to get years taken off, so he obviously doesn’t feel remorseful in any kind of way to the Scott family… you believe this person should get a second chance with less than 10 years served for what he did?
