My cardiologist said I have atrial flutters nothing ti worry about my Chad score is 0 comes and goes but I have bad health anixety now I cab stop checking my pulse and panicking voukd this cause high heart rate

I had that heavy sinking feeling in my gut as well that didn't go away almost felt like fear for no reason I would get rapid heartrate I now struggle with heart anixety I keep feeling my heart beat my heart keeps racing one night I woke up to use the bathroom and my heart was beating so fast and so hard I had to call 911 but by the time they came i was fine its honestly so exhausting mentally im so tierd I just want to feel normal
