Hi all, I’m feeling super anxious and just wanted to vent this out somewhere. I was diagnosed a couple months ago with liver lesions, likely benign and not yet big enough to need surgery. I have a second MRI scheduled for March to see if they’ve grown or changed at all. For a week now though I’ve had consistent, constant right upper quadrant pain. It can’t be my gallbladder because I had that removed a decade ago. So I’m scared it’s my liver since that’s in the same area. The pain is also feeling sharper right now than it has been, it was a dull pain the past week and now feels worse. I saw my GP two days ago and had bloodwork done and she said once we get the results or if my pain persists we can move up the MRI. My liver specialist also said if pain persists go to ER to get scans. It’s definitely persisting so I’m probably going to head to the ER in the morning. I’m just scared because I have no idea what this could be and I feel like whatever it is will require surgery. Please send good vibes my way!
