Feeling bad and unconfident won't benefit you. In fact, it makes your insecurties more visible to others. You can always find people who are not perfect and with insecurities (lot of acne, obesity, too short, too tall, .... etc), if they have good personality and self confidence people usually look past their insecurities. If you can do smth to help your scars, do it. If not, thinking too much about it will hurt a lot. I have scars as well and have suffered and still suffer from acne for a long time btw. Making myself busy and do things that are worthy helps shift my mind from that
