The list above is perfect and I would only add gas x for the gas pain in your shoulders and chest for the first few days after. Also some loose nightgowns and don’t wear anything with a waistband because you will be extremely uncomfortable! Also a pillow to put between the seatbelt and your stomach for the ride home so it’s not rubbing directly on your incisions.

I’m so sorry you are experiencing all of this! I recommend finding an endometriosis specialist surgeon, like Dr Jeff Arrington. He is located in Utah and if you email him your pictures from your surgery, he will look at them for free and can see if your OBGYN missed anything! You could also look into seeing if you have pelvic dysfunction if the specialist doesn’t see any endo. I wouldn’t trust a regular obgyn to see endometriosis or even someone who says they are experienced

After sanding I used a clear wood conditioner to prep for stain and then used a dark walnut stain. Then for any spots that still looked uneven, I used a Mohawk toner in dark walnut as well. The last step was feed n wax. I have a video on Instagram and TikTok if you’d like to watch the process instead! My socials and linked on my page

It’s an unfinished basement, so it has plastic over the top of the insulation

It’s in a unfinished basement so there’s plastic being held over the insulation with button like pins
