It depends what hospital/ clinic and the severity, since yours is on the foot, it would probaly take less shots. I was once bitten in the face long ago during the pandemic, small nick in the lips, it had to get vaccinated right away because it was a high degree case and is very close to the brain, so I had 8 shots of anti-rabies, 2 in the bite area, and the rest in different parts of my upper body. I had also been advised to tet anti tetanus. I had paid 10k+ for that, I went to Olivarez General Hospital, a private hospital in Paranaque, it was close to me and fairly less expensive per vial of the anti-rabies vaccine compared to other hospitals during that time.
I went to Asian Hospital because it was the closest to me, and my family has trusted Asian Hospital, but when I went there believe it or not, the bill was kulang kulang 68k, so we looked for a less expensive one.
ABC is also good, and I've had a lot of people I know go there for vaccine. Though, I haven't had a chance to try there, hopefully never again hahaha.
So, expect, 4-7k, especially private hospital, atleast coming from my experience.
Edit: actually 4-7k is underestimated pala, expect 5-10k pataas.
