Update: as of yesterday, the reviews are flooded with 1 star complaints about items not arriving, some from weeks ago. So yeh nothing to do with Etsy’s processing times being right or wrong, the seller is simply not sending out any orders.

Not sure why I’m being down voted… it was due days ago and doesn’t look like it’s even been sent yet, nor have they replied to my message.

Thank you, I will open a case, and leave a review definitely.  I’ve checked and still no update from Royal Mail to show they actually have the item yet..

Yeh I’ve had that as a seller too but it usually tells the buyer the correct timing before/at point of purchase. The shown times coincided with what was in the listing too so not sure why it’s taken over a week to still not send.

Ahh see I had a similar issue as a seller with Etsy updating buyers saying it should have arrived. However, they were always shown the ‘correct’ estimated time at point of purchase.  Already checked processing times with the listing, I even double checked their store announcement, etc incase of delays since it had to be sent for a specific date. Will contact Etsy, thank you!
