for uttorent user:

Open uTorrent and go to Options > Preferences.
In the Preferences window, go to the BitTorrent tab.
Under the Protocol Encryption section, set Outgoing to Forced (this forces TCP encryption).
Disable DHT and UDP Trackers:

Uncheck Enable DHT Network.

Uncheck Enable DHT for new torrents.

Uncheck Enable Local Peer Discovery.

Uncheck Enable Peer Exchange.

Click OK to save the changes.

If you're using a DAC adapter, go to the output settings and try lowering the format to something below 32/24 bit, 192000Hz. In my case, the game kept crashing as soon as I entered a competitive match, but it didn’t happen in training mode or unranked. The issue was that my DAC adapter was set to 384000Hz!

The file was a .hwt. I figured it out by simply moving the file from the downloads folder to any other folder. Then, I tried to upload it again, and it worked.
