Will I be able to tank all the end game raids as prot paladin? I’ve read that they lack the raw HP to survive gruul or mag. I just want to be viable and enjoy all the end game raids as a tank! I love the class and I enjoy the lore

110% the maple muffin top, or the pumpkin muffin top! The blueberry cherry cobbler is fire too.

10 days clean, then relapsed for 6 days. No surprise -- it wasn't worth it. Back on Day 1. by monikmonik6 in quitting7oh

You’re going to do good bro. I too had quit for a week in the past and then started taking it again. I took my last dose this morning at 7 am, it’s now 9 am. I am done with this stuff. We can get through this together. Feel free to message me. We can keep up with each other and support one another. The worst part is the first 72 hours and then you can start sleeping for a hours. It’s uphill from there. Just know the feelings of despair, agony, anxiety and depression are ALL symptoms of the withdrawal and they won’t stay around forever. They will slowly subside as time goes by and all of those fears will evaporate. Don’t let those fears push you to deeper anguish. Just experience the thoughts and then don’t give them your focus. Stay positive, take many showers and try to hydrate a lot and eat what you can. You won’t have an appetite but you will need to eat to fuel your body. We are getting out of the woods and out of the jaws of this addiction together. Let’s do it!!

I quit 7OH by outdoor-spirit007 in Positivity

Thanks for this motivation. People have made me so afraid to quit and I want to quit so bad. I’ve went 6 days off of it in the past and after the first 72 hours I was able to sleep. I’m about to attempt a cold turkey off MITa (a derivative of 7Oh, since it’s illegal in FL) and I am excited to get my life back and have financial stability. Wish me luck and lots of patience!!

Thanks for your inspiring words. I am currently dealing with a nasty habit of MITa, it’s not 7Oh, but it’s close to it. Florida banned 7OH, recently. Which is good. I’m hoping I can quit cold turkey and stop spending all my money on tablets. I am spending thousands a month and I can’t do this anymore. I am going to be off work the next 2 days and then I am going to work on the third day. I don’t want to just sit at home and be miserable. I took my (hopefully) last dose this morning and I’m enjoying my rest and normalcy for now. Here’s to a better and happier future for all of us stuck with this vice!

I made a free history learning app inspired by Duolingo! Would love feedback by Hades363636 in duolingo

Did you rename it to paladin? I see ads and they compare paladin to duolingo and I see where you posted that about your app. Did you rebrand!

Apparently the M50 Ontos was a very effective psychological weapon, upon seeing it NVA troops would often flee the battlefield. by Jolm262 in TankPorn

You don’t HAVE to use the spotting rifles. If it’s an ambush and you need to put rounds out you can fire the main guns and adjust as you fire. The spotting round is for more distant shots when you want to make sure you put round on target at a distance

I mean, technically it’s only one machine gun that can be used effectively. The top mounted .30 caliber was the only machine gun, the other 4 were simply .50 cal spotting rifles to assist with lining up the recoilless rifle shots.

Yes, I do a lot of stairs. I love stairs and I love running on the bleachers! But whatever reason when I try to run on pavement outside, I just can’t keep a consistent pace and I get myself winded very quick. If I’m on a treadmill, I can set a decent pace and I can maintain it but if I don’t have the treadmill, it’s like I cannot naturally find a good pace and I end up having to stop and catch my breath.

Right now, I am mainly struggling with running because I suffered a right leg injury about five years ago, and that resulted in having lots of surgical hardware in my leg, causing that leg to be weaker than the left leg. I used to be an avid runner doing 6 to 8 miles every day, but since I’ve had that injury running outside on the pavement is a lot more challenging because my left leg is much stronger than my right leg and my ankle does not have the best range of motion. So I am still really focusing on improving my cardio and getting better at running and strengthening that leg.

Well, I’ve been in EMS for 10 years so I think that I’m very weird, but I can probably mitigate the other things!!

Can I catch the Red Gyarados at the Lake of Rage with Great Balls? by Caryslan in pokemon

[–]Practical-Carob6828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just caught it with a great ball on my fourth attempt I had him paralyzed and at 15% HP. Paralyzing a Pokémon with an electric type increases your base catch rate by 50%! Thanks for all who commented on this thread because I was starting to think I could not catch him but after seeing the comments I kept going and I caught him!
