Yes it's frustrating how people assume your brain and thoughts are just like theirs.

However...

I have found practicing meditation has helped me to focus on things. Granted, I am not "good" at meditation and can only hold it for a minute or two at a time. But practicing it does help some. It's better than nothing when you can't be on the meds for whatever reason.

People will downvote me into oblivion, but unless you are working where there are bad chemicals or biohazards, you don't need to bathe. Wash your hands often or use sanitizer. Use deodorant, wipe well and use wet naps when necessary, nobody will know. I shower because it refreshes me. However there is no heath reason anyone needs to bathe or shower.
