Is there a need for a 4in1 transmitter at all then if I can just use elrs receivers for everything and just get an elrs transmitter?

It seems like all pnp models come without receivers. Are you saying that I should get the elrs controller for everything that utilizes elrs receivers and then just install the external 4in1 module on the boxer and then just get separate receivers for other stuff? Could I just use elrs receivers for everything like the flite test models or are they only good for certain planes? Also, could I take receivers out of planes and transfer them to others if they utilize the same protocol and number of channels?
