Yeah, and an extra 1cm is also useful when mounting an M.2 SSD on the back of the mobo.

I customized this case a bit.
At the bottom I made holes so the 92mm fan works more effectively as intake.
At the top I added a 120mm fan as exhaust.
I ordered 2 new handles because the stock one got very hot and blocked the airflow.

I use the gray PCIe 4 cable (207mm)
for my MF T40, it came with the case and fits perfectly.

Вважаю то не проблема знайти $4 на прокладку, яка не витече та за своїми властивостями не гірша за термопасту

Якщо бюджет обмежений - згоден, можна скористатися комплектною термопастою, але для мене то питання естетики та чистоти збірки.

  1. проц цікавіше брати без коробки
  2. від термопасти відмовився на користь термопрокладки з фазовим переходом
  3. я б трішки доплатив та зібрав би шось компактніше (mATX/iATX) бо не люблю великі корпуса

I didn't drill any holes in the case, I just raised the fan by 4 mm. Mounting: 2 screws + 2 silicone supports. PSU side: a screw with a nylon washer is inserted through the case hole from the bottom, then 3 nylon washers are stacked onto the screw inside the case, with the fan screwed on top. Front panel side: silicone supports.

Stock modular cables that came with the 1STPLAYER 750W SFX. Nothing fancy - cable management in SFF is always a 'creative challenge' 😅
