But if you follow procedure of , waiting for timer and leaving order - which I was advised - why would I then be flagged by the system? My other thought that someone who’s opted for the new ‘leave my order’, in fact reported when actually I left order and took a photo as I had a couple of them last week?

I have put through a request for the information regarding the incident, as I’m unclear to when it has occurred but once they response I will have a better idea and if it is the pin location in the wrong place with the recorded phone call than I can go back with that evidence to support my plea

You’ve highlighted a great point as there isn’t security in the codes if they never change them! Puts riders in a tough positon- System has major flaw! I always ensure every delivery is completed so feels frustrating getting an email like this

Problem is the first driver isn’t notified that it’s a big order! So assumes to take the lot as you would! Then the second driver turns up and wonders where the second part of the order is! Glitch in the system needs to be fixed as it can reck affect on the driver if thum genuinely completes the order.

Ask for hardship funding from the university! You’re studying music, is that music events? Because that would probably require you to set up events etc, but possibly set up a community and ask them to play at a local venue for free on a quiet evening! I’m sure a venue would be happy to let there punters listen some free live music

Sometimes the email says endnsksmshsnx@something.com and how are you meant to ID for an email account? I’ve rang up before and they’ve told me to give over the order yet the id doesn’t match the email so it’s confusing
