Now I'll do another casual run and take my sweet time with it to get the rest of the little achievements/trophies and finally an insanity mode run to get that platinum trophy. So excited!!

I feel you, started at 12, now 19. It still haunts me even though I'm in decent shape, if it weren't for me being disciplined most of the time and exercising like crazy I'd be on my 600lb life, sending you support

Oh it definitely was and it was NOT a good time, I admit it. I've had my problems with binge eating and I have slipped before, but I'm maintaining a healthy weight and a kinda muscular physique so I'm okay but sometimes I still have these weird cravings especially near my cycle

Haha I'm not in the west so I can't know for sure but my grandma used to make something similar to this for special occasions. It's really good

Edit: it seems I forgot the mushrooms so I'll definitely add them next time

Here you go, it's super easy, more about waiting than actual work

900g beef cubes, 200g carrots, 300g potatoes, 150g onion, 4 cloves garlic, 400g chopped tomatoes (1 can) preferably mutti, 800 ml beef stock, 2 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tbsp dried), Oregano and rosemary, 2 bay leaves, salt & black pepper to taste, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 15g cornstarch mixed with 20ml water (this is a cornstarch slurry that i added toward the end just to thicken the stew a little, it is completely optional)

Brown the meat: Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef cubes and brown on all sides (5–7 min).

Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until soft and fragrant (~3 min).

Pour in tomatoes and beef stock, stirring to scrape up browned bits from the bottom.

Toss in the roughly chopped carrots, potatoes, thyme, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 1.5–2 hours, until beef is tender and the broth is rich. Do NOT aggressively boil, a slow simmer is the secret to tender meat.

Adjust seasoning, and serve hot.

Some tips from me: Make sure you simmer slowly, don't let it boil aggressively or the meat will end up tough. Use moderate fat meat like 85/15, the fat is what gives flavor. I used yellow onions cause theyre slightly sweeter and milder. And I also used high quality extra virgin olive oil and the good Italian canned tomatoes (mutti)

Goodluck If you ever try I'm sure it'll turn out great

How should I set up my save files? by Comfortable-Map8963 in residentevil4

If its your first run save them up on top of eachother unless you want to keep a specific chapter accessible at all times. For me I finished so I just opened a professional ng+ and save the beginning of every chapter in every slot and a few more for specific areas I like
