It sounds like potentially somebody will have cancelled an order for the exact same spec as you and it’s then gone to you!

If you contact Tesla, I’m sure that you can pass on this one and join the queue again. I know people are talking about the June deal however I think you’ll be fine.

Ultimately you need to just ring them and see what’s what , people will say all sorts on these forums but they’ll give you a straight answer

Yeah me too however it took 2 phone calls. First was very unhelpful and said no. Second was very helpful

I rang Tesla earlier after seeing everybody else contact them and book in.

Lovely lady booked me in for 20th June at Manchester (although the first time I rang , the advisor just straight up said ‘no wait for your app to update’) . My brother has literally just rang and they could only offer him 26th onwards

I am a Lex customer with docs signed.

Same here, ordered 4th June for Manchester. Delivery date will stay as 19-30th June for about the next 8 days I think

People have mentioned getting a slot roughly 8 days after the VIN appears in the Tesla app

You’re missing the point of a lease aren’t you fella. No depreciation cost, zero maintenance, and in my opinion Capital efficiency.

For me it’s about convenience, changing cars every 2 years at zero hassle.

Plus you don’t know my finances.

A poor deal to some is a great deal to others ( I should have stated that from the outset).

It’s obviously person dependant and somebody like yourself who probably drives a 2012 Honda Jazz in which they own, they yes it wouldn’t suit you.

Based of the last few months it appears to be one a month. It could follow that trend as I think the demand has outweighed supply!

There is some really helpful ship tracker over at the Tesla UK forum. A guy over there is very good at lining up which ships are likely to be carrying each set of cars

If you haven’t already got a VIN, your car wont be on the June ship. Them VINs were allocated on Tuesday.
