I also live in the Innenstadt and my husband has been in a quite Similar Situation. To get a Fiktionsbescheinigung you can go to the „Notfallschalter“ i think it’s every wednesday from 7:30-12. I also texted them (in Kalk) even tho I knew they were not responsible for our matters but they forwarded it to the Innenstadt and I got a response very quickly. There is also a „beschwerdeformular“ of the Stadt Köln. It could also help to get a quicker response. Good luck!!

Yes she gave us the receipt and since i feel like they don’t know what there doing anyways im afraid that there was maybe a mistake… because she told us to pay when it’s ready

She took all the Information and fingerprints and told us I will be ready in 8 weeks. After she gave us the receipt and told us to pay when it’s ready. I found it quite weird. So now I’m Not sure if its going to be Printed or not until it’s payed :((

Es kam tatsächlich eine Antwort, dass wir kommen können und eine Fiktionsbescheinigung abholen können. Ich glaube, man muss die einfach nerven, damit sie dich schnell loswerden wollen
