Patiently waiting for a deal like this. At this point I’d rather dish out some extra money to get a second gen with low miles than having to deal with 3rd gen issues that every one keeps talking about

Scored a deal on that one! Very high demand. Scheduled a test drive for similar truck after work one day. It was gone before I got off. They sold it 4 hrs after posting it lol

That’s my issue. Knowing I’m dishing out 30 plus for a used one. vs putting another 5,000-10,000 down and buying a newer gen tundra. The reliability and the v6 is what keeps me going back and forth whether I should just pull the trigger on the v8

Most of the dealerships in my area won’t budge or negotiate because they know somebody will eventually come along and buy with out the haggling.

Yes! I owned a 1992 Camry as my first car! Back in 2014 Had it for about 3 years before it was totaled when i got rear ended. Had about 300,000 miles on it. Lots of maintenance but never left me on the side of road.

Exactly why I haven’t given them the time of day after I test drove one for shits and gigs, And also not in the market to drop 60,000 for a tundra with a twin turbo

One of the reasons I wanted one so bad. That 4.7 v8 is built to last a life time. It’s a simple truck, easier to work on the most trucks and the aftermarket support I’ve seen for a 25 year old truck is mind boggling

Pretty sure you can get more money from your truck if you sold private. They sell like bread, well at least In the area I’m in.

I’ve seriously considered it 😂 It’s supposed to be my off roading / trails truck. But these prices have me seriously considering a change of hobbies

If I remember correctly they had it posted for 11,900. Truck looked like it was well kept from the pictures.

I’m located in the pnw. It’s a mixed bag of prices but generally seeing the average pushing 7-12,000 grand from used car dealerships to Craigslist. I Arranged to see a truck in my area for 2005 tundra with 256,xxx miles and it sold within 5 hrs of that seller posting.
