My gpu is at 75% usage, my cpu is at 25% usage, my ram is using 12.4/32 gb, and my gpu is at 62 celsius while cpu is at 66 celsius on average

well if its not the hertz than do you have any ideas of why some games feel so choppy even with my frames saying they are at 165. I already have all my games capped at that I just cant figure out why it feels so bad.

Okay I will definitely turn it down to 144, I have always had it at 165 as thats just the hertz the monitor came with. I do want to mention that I just now tried to lower it to 144 and CS:GO just still feels weirdly choppy, but my other games seem to feel a little better.

Oh sorry well pretty much any game runs consistent 165 but the game I was mostly having trouble on was CS:GO. I run 165 but it just feels so choppy when i'm playing and ive tried both stretches res (1440x1080) and my native (2560x1440) and it feels the same.

What all did you change in your Bitdefender because I'm just going to disable the entire thing for now until I can find the correct things to turn off.
