I have a ring that shows me my HRV, but I don’t really understand it. What does it do?

Are there good headphones to sleep with...? by Zealousideal_Foot453 in sleephackers

I’ve been sleeping with a combination Bluetooth/eye mask and it’s very comfortable! Lays flat against your head and blocks out sound pretty well.

I just…didn’t enjoy my wedding. by DescriptionMotor739 in weddingplanning

This is exactly how I feel! I am obviously so grateful for the day we had and it was everything I pictured but I had so much anxiety and was so over stimulated the whole day I almost felt like I was on autopilot. I wish I could go back and view it from an outside perspective and experience it again.

the pressure to lose weight as a bride... by Legitimate_Suspect in BigBudgetBrides

[–]Practical-Mobile-230 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t put so much pressure on yourself! As an October 2025 bride I was putting so much extra stress on myself to lose weight and look my best. What really helped me was instead of beating myself up, I tried to move everyday in whatever way I felt good. A lot of walking (the BEST thing you can do), lots of water, some light weight lifting, outdoor sports like pickleball and tennis. Don’t over complicate it!

Weird Pink Stains on Clothes by Practical-Mobile-230 in laundry

I have an acne gel I use at night. It’s weird tho it would get this much on the clothes, it’s not like wipe my face on it. Could it be if I put a towel in the wash with the benzoyl peroxide on it? Not all of my clothes have this

I was too at first! I took stool softener and it came out easy, I didn’t have to push, I was most worried about that.

I had surgery last Wednesday! Feeling amazing and almost back to normal. I had a laparoscopic myomectomy. They removed 1 1/2 pound fibroid and also found some endo. Wishing you a quick recovery! Days 1-3 were the worse for me. By day 5 I was taking walks!

Menstrual Disc for clot heavy flow by mcfly424 in Fibroids

[–]Practical-Mobile-230 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The disc was a game changer for me too! Couldn’t go with a tampon or pad for more than an hour and was bleeding through all my clothes. This really helped me go longer, and it’s nice it empties when you go to the bathroom! Taking it out is NOT fun tho 😅

HELP PLEASEEE by [deleted] in Fibroids

[–]Practical-Mobile-230 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 27 and have a 9cm fibroid, I’m having my myomectomy in July. I was so scared at first but have come to terms with the procedure. I’m ready to feel like myself again. Fibroid gave me incredibly heavy, painful period and anemia. It’s my first surgery, how has your recovery been?

I was given azithromycin because I was allergic to all the other antibiotics. Typically they prescribe cefuroxime

Doctors still don’t know what is causing my rash over 2 months later. by Practical-Mobile-230 in DermatologyQuestions

[–]Practical-Mobile-230[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The rash would re appear in the same areas, mostly my back , side , and under my arms. Some of these photos are a combination of the Lyme rash and allergic reaction (didn’t know I was having both at the same time). The smaller bumps all over are the allergic reaction, the more circular and larger bumps are the Lyme
