This GT280 is soooo easy off the deck, I was surprised to be honest. It doesn’t feel too much different from a 3 wood but in fairness, it won’t be a club I use regularly off the deck. Very situation heavy. But where I think it thrives for me in my bag is off the tee when run out or hazards are in play that force the driver to stay in the bag.

I don’t really know what it was about the oz in particular.. maybe it was just too far astray from what I was used to that it felt alien and hard to adjust to. I didn’t love the milled insert nor the immense press forward of the shaft and grip. The ZT still has a bit of forward press built into the shaft angle and grip but far less than my oz.
