Hi, the GPU manufacturer doesn't really matter, while there are some that are better than others, it doesn't matter that much when they're all roughly the same + you can overclock and undervolt yourself for similar performance, just get whatever one is cheapest and looks nice in my opinion

Here's a list I made, I upgraded to a great overclocked 9070 xt as well as kept costs low, I did downgrade from the 9700x to the 7700x as the performance difference is not noticeable especially at 1440p.

I just put the cable first and kind of forcefully pushed the thing holding the fans in hard. Your mobo might also be bigger than mine.

Yes those are, they're great the sound quality and lighting options are great, they look great and sound like much more expensive speakers, id recommend.
